Thank you Geraghty Family Fund Thank you to everyone who helped in any way with the Benefit Turkey Supper on November 18th. Thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy it, and was it ever good! The amount raised was $2,632.00. Well done everybody! Santa is coming! Sunday, December 10th at 1:00 PM, Santa will be at the Hall for his annual visit with the local children. Come on out and say Hello. Christmas Baskets Please note that on December 10th starting at 10AM, the “Guignolés” will be passing to collect your donation of non-perishable food items in preparation for the baskets. Please give generously. Christmas Celebrations The United Church will be celebrating “White Gift Sunday” on Sunday, December 3rd. Everyone is Welcome. In December 1946, the first Christmas Mass was celebrated in the new Catholic Church that is still here today. On December 24th at 9 PM come and celebrate Midnight Mass with friends and neighbours on the 60th Anniversary of this special occasion. On December 24th at 7:30 PM, come and celebrate the Christmas Eve Service at the United Church in New Richmond. Everyone is Welcome.	Bursaries The Robertson-Holmes bursaries will be given out at the United Church in New Richmond on December 24th at 10 AM. Book Room The Book Room will be closed from December 12th to January 17th, 2007. Come and pick up your Christmas reading Wednesday afternoons from 2-4 PM. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from the Book Room Volunteers. Thank You We would like to thank Scott McWhirter for his donation of a wheelchair to the Town Hall. If anyone would have a need to borrow it for a time, please call Susie at 392-4042.
