Village
. Parade, official flag-raising ceremony, children`s games, Micmaq
performers, various musicians and a bluegrass band will keep everyone
amused for the afternoon. Cantine and bar services available on site, as well as
the Willett House Restaurant.
Weather permitting, the day will end with
fireworks. Come one, come all! Activities start at noon.

FALL FESTIVAL
Last years Festival and Guides Competition were a
resounding success! A good time was
enjoyed by all, and some of our out of town guests will be back this year
for more.
An event such as this in a small town such as ours
requires much in the way of organisation and help. If you would like to help out with
anything at all, the cantine, children’s
activities, the bar, car show, etc. please call Susan Legouffe at
the town hall 392-4042. Thank You.
SPEED LIMIT CHANGE
The speed limit in the Playground Zone on Gallagher Road
has been changed to 50 KM. With the increasing number of children
out at this time of year it is very important that all drivers be extra
careful. PLEASE MAKE AN EFFORT TO
SLOW DOWN AND FOLLOW THE SPEED LIMIT!
Check us out on line at www.cascapediariver.com under «community»!
COMPOSTERS
The Municipality has composters
available for $25.00 each. If you
would like to purchase one please call Susan Legouffe
at 392-4042.
